Baghajatin Tarun Sangha, one of the biggest and one of the renowned club of south Kolkata established in 1950. Over the year Tarun Sangha has made a name for itself as a vanguard club in South Kolkata and its Southern suburbs for its sundry social, cultural and sports activities. Tarun Sangha can rightfully claim to be the pioneer of several cultural events in and around the fringes of the city.

The History Of Durga Puja
Durga Puja is a major Hindu festival that honors Goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil. Originating in Bengal, it evolved from a private celebration by royalty and landlords in the 16th century to a grand public event in the 19th century, blending devotion, culture, and community spirit.
